To initiate the procedure, please contact us for a full quotation and schedule or payments. Next  you  will sign a retainer agreement with WalwynLaw, pay the according service fees and due diligence fees  associated  with your participation in the Citizenship-­-by-­-Investment Program. We will initiate your application and lead you  through the related paperwork.

  You are required to transfer the funds designated for purchase of real property to a special escrow  account. The funds  will not leave this account until your application is approved. If your application is rejected,the money will be refunded to you.

  Background investigation checks are conducted by an independent detective agency and are typically  a time-­-consuming process.  The needed time varies based on your particular circumstances, e.g., how many countries are involved in the verification process,  etc.

  Upon final approval of your application by the authorities of St. Kitts and  Nevis, a certificate of  Registration (citizenship certificate)  is issued in your name. On the basis of this certificate, we apply  for your St.Kitts and Nevis passport. As soon as the passport is ready,  we will forward it to you via courier service along with the Certificate of Registration.
